The Crystal Mobile App allows clients to enhance the attendee experience with what can be termed a digital eventguide and appointment scheduler. Event information is conveniently accessed from the attendee’s smartphone: speakers, sponsors, floor plans, agendas, and more. In addition, the mobile app allows attendee to connect with each other. The Appointment Scheduler allows event participants (attendees, exhibitors, planners, etc.) to book meetings with each other. Mutually available times are compared and a time that works best for both parties is selected. A meeting request is then sent out.
